At Marjan, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

We currently ship within Egypt only. As we continue to grow, we look forward to offering international shipping in the future.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within Egypt.

Important Delivery Information

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following:

• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.
• Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the package upon arrival.
• Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
• Every order is securely packaged to protect our porcelain products during transit.
• If the outer packaging appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the contents before accepting the shipment whenever possible.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details. Tracking information will be provided whenever available by the shipping partner.
