Returns & Exchanges

At Marjan, every piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our warehouse. Because our products are crafted from premium porcelain and are delicate by nature, we kindly ask customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.

Our website provides detailed product descriptions and high-quality images to help you make an informed decision. Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing marjantableware@gmail.com.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the original packaging

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

Return Eligibility

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or an incorrect order, the following conditions apply:

• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging, including all protective materials.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure the product arrives safely, all returned items should be packed securely using the original protective packaging.

Surface Variations

Our porcelain products are individually crafted and finished to the highest standards. Minor variations in color, texture, glazing, or very light surface marks may naturally occur during the production process.

These characteristics do not affect the quality, durability, or functionality of the product and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used products
• Products returned without their original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents after delivery
• Gift cards or promotional items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
